Review of Pixels (2015) by Thegodfatherson — 24 Jul 2015
Suffice to say, Pixels isn't worth the price of a 3D ticket, despite its handful of colorful action sequences. (The conversion is actually decent, though it is flat in spots.) While the basic premise of the movie is a good one, Sony and Happy Madison's take on the material is laughless and insufferably dull.
In the end, you'd be better off spending your quarters at an actual retro arcade.
