You have to see it with someone whose played the games in the 80's. The moment the invaders started to come down, my friend said, "Cool! Galaga!" He recognized the pattern of the swirling ships immediately.
It's full of those moments. If you are an 80's nerd, add a bunch of stars. You know, Max Headroom, the Poison Pill in PacMan, Paperboy - lots of cameos. I thought it a lot of fun. I'm buying it.
