Review of Pitch Perfect 3 (2017) by Megan M — 11 Feb 2018

Going into this movie I had really low expectations. I went with a few friends hoping for a few laughs and to hear some cool song mashups, which the movie delivered. The movie, though predictable, held my attention which is more than I can say about other movies I have seen.

I enjoyed the fact that the "competition" aspect of the movie still present despite the fact that the characters were out of high school. The competition being abroad helped to change up the storyline just enough from the previous two movies to hold my attention.

I enjoyed the storyline where Fat Amy rekindled the relationship with her father even though the ending was predictable from the start. One thing I would change though is the advertisements. I feel like they did their job making people want to come and see their movie, but the ads spoiled some of the funny moments of the movie.
