How much you enjoy this is going to depend on (1) how much you liked the second film and (2) how forgiving of a filmgoer you are. It is dumb, lazy and has no reason to exist, however if you're like me and are a fanboy/girl of the series then there is enough dorkable charm to carry it.
Just don't expect the magic of the first film...
