Review of Pitch Perfect (2012) by Jacob M — 17 Apr 2015
After saving Up in the Air, Anna Kendrick pulls this horribly written film out of toilet and actually makes it impossible to turn off, even though I so badly wanted to. She owns the part of Becca and her voice - somewhere between Grace Slick and Joni Mitchell - really makes the music pop.
But the Wayans-esque comedy is really lame.
