Maybe I'm in the minority, but I love this much-maligned sci-fi/horror movie (I almost found myself calling it a "classic," but I don't know if I'd go that far). Yeah, it's slow going in the early stages, but once it gets rolling, it never lets up.
Pitch Black is WAY better than its sequel (The Chronicles of Riddick).
