It was amazing Verbinski brought the best out of Johnny Depp he had him ham it up like Steve Martin and play a serious role like Nicholas Cage all roled into one lovable character. It was a great film but I admit it it wasnt as creative as it could have been but it was the best historical fantasy I have ever seen.
The action nailed me to my seat and to take some of the pressure off Jack Sparrow was there a drunken sailor he gave the movie some gteat comic relief. Every actor was perfectly handpicked to be a adventurous comical sailors and pirates.
