Decent movie. Story was pretty good, Blackbeard was a fair villain, Johnny Depp is still competent enough. The fight scenes were quite boring and predictable though. The mermaids were a nice twist, but they didn't bother to resolve the romance subplot, even after the credits.
That said, the Spaniards at the end was something I didn't see coming. Overall, weaker than PotC 1 and 2, probably around the same as 3.
