Urkh. An improvement over the third in length alone. This is a franchise getting to the point where everyone's forgotten why they even liked the first movie, and the series has become so tepid that they're saying "let's throw in an almost-nude mermaid, that'll bring a few thirteen-year-old boys to see it!" I couldn't begin to tell you what the plot of the film was, nor do I care to.
Like I said, its only edge is that it's shorter.
