After "Stranger Tides," I hoped they were done with these movies and I'll reiterate that now. It was not at all necessary, and Johnny Depp is clearly phoning it in at this point. That said, it was better than the fourth installment, returning to the main storyline and capturing some of the same elements that made the original movie so great. All in all, it was enjoyable enough -- but let's hope this is the end of the line for the franchise.
