Felt, at least to me, much more similar to the first movie, Jack felt like a bit more of an accessory to Henry and Karina's story, and Salazar, while similar to OG Barbossa had his own brand of crazy that was much more ruthless and relentless.
I think it deserves a higher score than 29% for sure, and deffinitely better than World's End or Stranger Tides.
