I enjoyed the other Pirate movies, but this one was just OK. Javier Bardem, Brenton Thwaites, and Kaya Scodelario were bland and brought nothing to the movie. The fun was missing and I didn't hear anyone laugh out loud even though the theater was full.
Bardem's special effects were good, but I wish they had been used on a different actor. Many of the special effects were wasted in the murky lighting. The magic was missing but I still like Captain Jack.
