This has the best parts of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise in its top notch special effects. It also has its worst parts in... everything else. Really, dragging a bank building through the streets? The ridiculous guillotine sequence? Johnny Depp's performance as Jack Sparrow is rotten too, and he normally saves the over-the-top aspects of the series.
Not this time. Salazar is good, and Barbossa is well played as well, but that's where it ends. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one.
