Review of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017) by Ravissary79 . — 29 May 2017
Ughhh had all the right pieces to be a solid summer movie but the story lines were just not utilized. If you have a story that includes turners and Elizabeth's son as well as Barbosas daughter the meet points the jokes all need to be better.
Felt hurried and just too many characters with unexplained story lines. Kiera literally came in and didn't have a single line just hers kiss will and don't talk to your son or his girl friend Barbuda Oh on top of that don't talk to jack as he sails away.
Just underutilized situations while having them at your disposal. The funny in this is sucked out literally nothing funny happens except when young jack takes salazars ship. I give it 3 stars because the new characters are well chosen to usher in the next Pirates franchise so purely on potential and Pirate fashion fight scenes and landscapes.
