Review of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017) by Avant S — 10 Sep 2017
Do NOT pay attention to all the negativity and the criticisms, this one is like a thousandfold better than the disappointing last one, and much more in line with all the non-stop crazyass sea-adventures, ship-chasings and bloodpumping actions of the first two.
True, the series at this point gotten very repetitive with its predictable plot-points, but still the epically awesome and unique action setpieces, jawdropping visuals and an allaround energetic bombastic thrillride and suspense from the very first scene to last kept the ball rolling for a very enjoyable two hours.
And truth be told, I'm always up for these supercool fantasy-pirates and their highly imaginative and fascinating sea-myths, sea-adventures and sea-battles. And of course the one and only Jack Sparrow! Pure, fulltoos FUN entertainment.
