Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead man tells no tales is an extremely corny movie that is clearly meant for a very young audience. If you can move past that, the movie itself does keep you mildly entertained with a weak plot that keeps moving the story forward with no real dead spots.
Your typical "find the special item that solves all the problems" with some minor emotional stuff thrown in at the end.
