Definitely an improvement over the obnoxious that is the fourth installment but still not a great movie overall. Amazing visual is always in store for PotC movies, But story wise this movie is too forced.
The action scenes are pretty good, the screen writing is painfully bad, the jokes are not landing, and Johnny Depp's performance has lost it's charm and he sticks out like a sore thumb in this movie.
If they're going to make the sixth one they really need to up they're game story and screen writing wise.
