I don't know why but I went a full 180 on this film in my two viewings of this film. 1st viewing: Stunned by all the visual extravaganza they left for last. 2nd viewing: I realized that was all I cared about and those moments were further between than I thought.
Became the most tedious experience all of a sudden. At the climax, I was actually nauseous. My first experience of a film to physically abuse me.
