It excels in the enthralling action sequences and it's scope is suitably epic, but At World's End is marred by too many confusing plot strands. However, the cast, specifically Depp, Nighy and Rush, are excellent and as with the other Pirates films, it provides several goosebump worthy moments and lots of humour to boot.
