Review of Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (2007) by Greg T — 07 Oct 2013
The entertainment value from the previous two Pirates movie has sunk to the lowest depths of the deepest ocean. Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End is a boring, dreary and headache inducing experience.
Gone are all the good performances (aside from Depp), coherent action and intelligable story arcs that made the first two movies enjoyable, all of which have been replaced with their opposites. The largest budget for any Hollywood production made to date was wasted on this bloated, tedious piece of misery.
