As trashy as its name suggests, Piranha 3DD (or Piranha DD as its 2D version has been dubbed for DVD) follows in the footsteps of its predecessor by blending comedy, nudity, and gore together into a thoroughly exploitative and yet completely entertaining piece of trash cinema.
Set in a water park that features an adult pool and other naughty amenities, Piranha 3DD is perhaps not as clever in its satire as the first film, but it still manages to be a funny and twisted piece of B-level cinema for those who are not easily offended and who have a warped sense of humor.
