This movie right here is the embodiment of fun in summer. I've never had more fun at the movies. This movie was gory as crap, probably the goriest movie I've ever seen or at least one of them. It was funny, so many pairs of boobs, I lost track.
It wasn't scary but I couldn't help but love this movie, how could you not? Plus, it was directed by Alexander Aja, director of The Hills Have Eyes remake which was a very good remake just like Dawn Of The Dead and the really good french horror movie High tension.
He knows what he's doing. I wish more movies were like this but their isn't. The premise is this. We're at Lake Victoria, a very popular place for Spring Breakers to cut loose and have the times over their lives.
They're pretty much begging to be eaten by a pack of flesh-eating fish. We're introduced to an assortment of characters including Jake, his mom Julie the sheriff, Derrick the tit loving cocaine snorting lunatic, Kelly the love interest of Jake, Dani and Crystal the hot as crap porn stars, Novak a scientist doing research on the underground cave that was once home to the piranha, and Christopher Lloyd.
This movie had an amazing cast that you can really fall in love with. It's cheesy but who cares, I loved it but some of the parts in the movie were kinda stupid so I'm giving this movie a 4/5.
