This movie wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. In fact, it was pretty passable for entertainment. There's gratuitous nudity, a swearing puppet, and a really stupid lawyer/mom to keep any viewer occupied.
A lot of the criticism of this film has to do with the pacing, which was slow at first, but I thought it picked up once the Pinocchio character was finally introduced to the little girl. Another criticism is that the ending is incoherent.
I didn't find this to be the case, I just found the ending dissatisfying because it didn't answer any questions. Leaving a movie like this--at best a horror "B" movie--open-ended is foolish and annoying.
