Review of Pink Floyd: The Wall (1982) by James C — 04 Apr 2011
Though it fails to tell it's story in any kind of coherent way, it is more than made up for by the music. It is essentially a music video, and for that purpose, it's very good. Comfortably Numb is epic, and the Trial scene is fantastically weird.
Every Pink Floyd fan should watch it (and probably already has), but most other people probably won't make it through the whole film and will walk away baffled. I like it regardless.
