Whoa! Total trash (in an awesome way). A crazy inbred family headed by the king/queen of filth him/herself. Divine as "Babs" tries to defend the title of being "The Filthiest Person Alive" against a married couple who sells heroin to kids and impregnates hitchhikers only to sell the babies to lesbians.
During the film you will also see scenes of rape involving chickens and a hippie party where a man turns his anus inside out. If that sounds enticing, than the end will blow you're mind or make you gag.
