Review of Pink Flamingos (1976) by Terence L — 25 Sep 2011
I am both incredibly repulsed yet strangely entertained by the life changing spectacle that is John Waters' PINK FLAMINGOS. For those with weak constitutions, seek elsewhere for cinematic entertainment; for those who want a [poor] taste of cult cinema at it's finest (a less refined "ROCKY HORROR") look no further than this morbid, uh, comedy, from the bowels of the 70's.
Think of something taboo, obscene, or just odd and you'll most likely see it unfold before your very eyes; and burnt into your memories for the rest of your post-Pink Flamingos viewing life.
