Review of Pink Flamingos (1972) by Sam J — 23 May 2008
I'm not a squeamish person, generally speaking, but this film was utterly repulsive to me. It was in fact funny in places, occasionally very funny, but I thought it distasteful not only in content (and "distasteful" is not a label I easily apply) but also in the way it approaches its subjects.
