Pink Flamingos goes far beyond any definition of the word "bizarre" itself. It's disgusting and filthy and the acting is terrible, but still becomes compulsively watchable, and everything you see is real.
Divine leads us into some trashy excess, low-brow aesthetic and raunchy delight, that only John Waters could dream of.
