Beautifully directed movie, intertwining scenes of Pina Bausch's dancers with their accounts of Pina's influence on her as a mentor and a friend. Deeply moving and ingeniously shot, her dance pieces are explosive and expressive at the same time, with humor and oddities sprinkled through, demonstrating the depth of her passion for dance and life, revealing the motivation and understanding behind one of the titans who have dramatically changed modern dance today.
A must go!
