Review of Pieta (2012) by Cody C — 17 May 2013
Not top-tier Kim Ki Duk (Spring Summer Fall Winter and Spring, 3-Iron) but still very good. I get the sense that with this one he was pandering to the korean revenge movie crowd. This is light years better than most of those movies though.
Including fucking Oldboy. Way more emotion, way more to think about afterward.
