Review of Pierrepoint: The Last Hangman (2005) by Anne F — 25 Oct 2010
This film was let down by inaccuracies in its telling of Albert Pierrepoint's work, although the portrayal pf pre- and post-war life appeared accurate. The film left me feeling completely unaffected - many years ago I saw 10 Rillington Place which remains the most disturbing film I have ever seen, with an eloquent argument against capital punishment.
