Review of Picnic at Hanging Rock (1975) by Alex D — 13 Aug 2007
Mesmerizing, beautiful, and down right frightening this stunning mystery from Peter Weir is a film not to be missed. Great performances, striking cinematography, a moody music score, and an engulfing storyline combine to make this vivid film a true masterpiece.
For those that are still wondering - the film isn't based on an actual event.
