Review of Picnic at Hanging Rock (1975) by Ethan C — 12 Feb 2009

I've watched this one more than 5 times, and it gets more interesting every time. It's one that I watch at least once every 3 years. You can't explain what happens. It's a hard movie to explain in the first place.

Watch the director's cut: It's a million times better. I wish they didn't delete some of the scenes, in the end, but the editing was very tricky in that the atmosphere of the film has never been captured since.
