Review of Phyllis and Harold (2010) by Bea H — 26 May 2012
I was astounded at the selfishness of Phyllis. It is totally untrue that they were deeply in love. Phyllis was in love with another man for her entire life, and even upon her husband's death, she was just happy that she was "free for the first time".
Poor Harold, he was deserving of so much more in a wife. He sure did love her.
Embarrassing, how their daughters revere such behavior.
