Review of Phobia 2 (2009) by Phil N — 02 Jun 2010
Sequel to the highly successful Thai horror anthology, this time we get 5 ghostly tales loosely linked by the theme of car accidents. There's a monk and a hungry ghost, spooky goings on in a hospital ward, drug trafficking with zombies, a dodgy second hand car lot and - saving the best to last - trouble on the set of Alone 2 which pokes fun at the genre and had me laughing out loud.
Plenty of diversity in the stories and blessed with high production values, this improves on the strengths of the first volume.
