Review of Philomena (2013) by Kati V — 27 Feb 2014
This was the last of the nine Best Picture Oscar nominees that I hadn't seen, so I'm glad I still had the chance to see it before the Awards this Sunday. This is a very well done, deeply personal, heartbreakingly true "human interest" story.
After seeing it I am actually shocked that it hasn't received more Oscar attention.
