Basked on the true story of an infant taken and sold by Catholic Nuns in an Irish Church home for young woman, Philomena tells the story of a Mothers somewhat reluctant quest to search for her son, and her well intentioned, if not naive forgiving of those that took him.
Steve Coogan gives a scathing, bleakly comedic turn as the Journalist helping Philomena find the truth.
