"Just that?" "It's not just that. It's hard for me.".
The Dame -- yes, it's given. But this movie made me look at Steve Coogan's (prolific) portfolio and see what more has he already offered in the comedic side. He played Martin with just the right blend of comic and cynicism -- one which is not exaggerated but that which you may likely see from a person who is a bit jaded with his most recent disgrace.
Apologies for the cliches, but here you: it's a tearjerker, but it's life affirming. And this is an unconventional illustration that forgiveness is life's greatest antidote.
