Amazing story, amazing woman, expertly played by Dame Dench. I am so appalled at what happened at the Magdalene Laundries. No matter what people say about the anti-catholic stance of the film, the fact remains that many of these institutions existed, and used these poor girls as slave labour, then stole their children and sold them! Where did all that money go? Not to the nuns I am sure.
. This is an important story as the truth needs to come out for any healing to happen. A movie I will watch again...
