It doesn't take Tom Hanks, Denzel Washington and Bruce Springsteen to make a superior film about AIDS - 'Longtime Companion' proves that, and in most cases, 'Philadelphia' isn't even on the same level as HBOs 'And the Band Played On.
' But if you want to attract todays audience, I bet it certainly helps.
