Review of Philadelphia (1993) by Al P — 02 Mar 2010
This movie is the best portraly of a person with AIDS and one of the many films to shows homosexuals in a postive light.
Tom Hanks in a incredible performance plays Andrew Beckett a gay lawyer who contracts the AIDS virus and is fired wrongly. After not finding a lawyer to defend him. Denzel comes along and refusing him once decides to defend him.
One of the best films of the 90's.
MP ***** 5/5.
