It's a silly, fun, and wonderfully campy look at what the "Phantom of the Opera" would be like during the glitz and glamour of the 70's. It has fun songs to listen too, and a wild story line to follow along.
Paul Williams, and William Finley are just fantastic as well as Jessica Harper as the deliciously cheesy Pheonix.
