On the same level as Susperia: Art-wise, it's stunning, beautiful, and remarkable...horror-wise, it's sub-par. The characters are not convincing and one often doubts that they are characters rather than talking props, the villains and creatures are the only enjoyable people to watch.
The Tall Man has to be one of the most brilliant horror villains.
