A true horror/sci-fi comedy that is ridiculously fun and has the best practical special effects. It's a solid 80's/90's kids adventure at its core (TMNT/ET/Power Rangers/etc) jam packed with character based jokes.
It's the perfect blend of making fun of genre tropes while being a legit really good, and genuinely hilarious homage. I can't think of another film that I've truly smiled and laughed the whole way through.
