A young boy becomes orphaned in the jungle and befriends a magical dragon. Probably all one needs to know about the plot of this well done film remake. Guaranteed to pull at your heartstrings from numerous angles.

I hear that the original was a dud... I certainly don't remember it.. But this one fulfills. The CGI for the dragon I think was a little bit lame.... More like a green fuzzy fire spitting bear. Suitable for 'kids' of all ages!
