Review of Pete's Dragon (2016) by Grace D — 24 Nov 2016

I had a 33 rpm sing a long album of Pete's Dragon as a kid and I loved it. I was waiting for an endearing rendition of It's Not Easy between Helen Readings character and Pete but there was no hint of Nora, a lighthouse or a big arsed storm.

Despite the lack of singing, the 2016 version was fantastic! Great story, all the "feels " which made up for the change of story, characters but lost one star for the lack of singing.
