Review of Pete's Dragon (2016) by Hannah B — 31 Jul 2016

I was able to catch an early screening of Pete's Dragon this past weekend and I really enjoyed it. Fine performances throughout and a nice, simple story. When I watch something like this, with a sense of magic and wonder, it makes me feel like a kid again.

I have a small child so have seen pretty much all the family movies released this year (animated and non-animated) and while not my favorite, I think it is among the best ones. This is a great family movie.
