Finally saw this all the way through - it has aspirations of being another Mary Poppins but suffers instead from insipid song-writing and a plot that serves mostly just to push characters into wacky situations and/or song set-ups.
The dragon is really cute - but I can pretty much get my fill of him watching the Main Street Electrical Parade.
