The original wasn't exactly going to go down in history as the best movie ever, but at least it managed to evoke a decent atmosphere & broke your heart while giving a 'what-if' scare.
This p.o.s. of a remake was simply....stupid. Characters you have a hard time caring about, jump scares, everything feels both fake & rushed. Ugh. No thanks.
