Giving this a 6 because John Lithgows performance was amazing and the cast was good. It's a movie that tries very hard to live up to the classic and terrifying Stephen King novel but unfortunately misses the mark.
Overall it's an ok watch but a letdown as far as horrors go. Not for the hardcore genre fans. What a shame, was really looking forward to a decent scare.
